Recap the week with my all-star panel from The Blaze…
Wellness update
If you watch the show or have been reading the newsletter for a while you know I have been on my own MAHA/wellness journey. One of the big things I have done is switched out many of the personal care products (soap, toothpaste, vitamins, etc) and home care products (cleaning supplies, detergent) with products from an American based, family company where wellness is front and center. If you are interested in finding out what I did, text INFO to 276-500-1185 and join me.

Many Ameircans will flock to events and bars to celebrate
This past Wednesday, a decades long tradition continued, Ireland’s Taoiseach, the country’s prime minister, came over for a day of events celebrating the two countries. There was a breakfast at the Vice President’s residence, a bilateral meeting with the President at the White House, a bipartisan, bicameral lunch in the U.S. Capitol and a reception that afternoon back at the White House.
It's more than just a series of meetings though.
“Ireland and the US have a significant and mutually beneficial economic relationship – valued at more than one trillion euros. Ireland is now the 6th largest source of foreign direct investment into the US, with investment by Irish companies in 2023 worth $351 billion,” according to an Irish government official.
But some in Ireland's leadership (northern Ireland to be specific) announced their intention to skip the annual St. Patrick’s Day celebrations in “protest” over President Trump’s comments about moving Palestinians out of Gaza.
Sinn Féin Republican party leader Mary Lou McDonald and North Ireland First Minister Michelle O’Neill both announced that they would not travel to the U.S.
While Ireleand doesn't have any hostages taken by Hamas the US does – and while they have done nothing to further talks - and the US has – they want to lecture our approach to freeing them and bring peace. Really?
Specifically, they pointed the recent joint press conference between President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu where President Trump suggested that the U.S. would “take over the Gaza Strip” in order to rebuild the war-torn devastation.
