SPEAKER 2
The president made a very compelling case yesterday, obviously talking about a GLP one drug where he's saying you can buy it for 88 bucks in England and you're paying 1300 in the United States. I feel like if you can sell it for 88 bucks in England and $42 in India,

then why are we the ones who have to pay the full fare here in the United States?

So big pharma, you know, Merck makes the drug, but they cannot sell it directly to the hospital. They cannot sell it directly to your community pharmacist. They have to, for whatever reason, these PBMs control that market. They get a percentage of the total cost of that drug, and they constantly push your insurance company, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid,

President Trump and TOP CEOS in Saudi Arabia; TRUMP Tax Cuts Added to GOP Budget | Ep 452

Saudi Arabia rolled out the red carpet for President Trump. It was a celebration between the two countries as President Trump brought back the respect and reverence for America as he took the stage with Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salam. The Saudis pledged to invest $600 Billion into the U.S. economy, including $142 Million in American made military equipment plus multi-billion dollar deals with Amazon, Oracle and A.M.D. With President Trump's "most favored nation" policy on drug prices, media outlets, funded by pharma, are downplaying the impact it will have on the consumer. Senator Roger Marshall walks us through PBMs (Pharmacy Benefit Manager) in the pharmaceutical market and how they profit as middlemen between drug manufacturers and healthcare companies. PMBs are the reason a drug like Wegovy is over $1,000 a month in the U.S. and $59 in Germany. Senator Marshall unpacks the GOP budget bill, including his championing of no tax on overtime wages. As an obstetrician, Dr. Marshall has known President Trump's cabinet to make America healthy again and is confident they can get the job done in removing processed foods and chronic diseases.

The only place you should hear about pharmaceutical products is in your doctor’s office. Pharmaceutical companies shouldn’t be allowed to advertise on television, radio, internet, newspapers, magazines, billboards, etc. They should not be permitted to make campaign contributions to politicians, donate to political parties or give charitable monetary gifts to any elected or appointed public official, their families or causes. It shouldn’t be permissible for them to sponsor any event other than those specifically associated with the pharmaceutical industry such as trade shows.
