Wellness update...
If you watch the show or have been reading the newsletter for a while you know I have been on my own MAHA/wellness journey. One of the big things I have done is switched out many of the personal care products (soap, toothpaste, vitamins, etc) and home care products (cleaning supplies, detergent) with products from an American based, family company where wellness is front and center.

The left’s latest violent behavior...
I want to talk today about something that hasn’t gotten a ton of national coverage.
But here in Virginia, it’s been causing waves.
Remember the “both sides” argument?
In the wake of Charlie Kirk’s assassination, the left has insisted that political violence was an issue on both side of the aisle.
That argument fell flat when they made it, but after this week it’s clearer than ever that that angle just isn’t true.
Over the weekend, disgusting texts from Democrat Attorney General candidate Jay Jones came out.
In the texts, he fantasizes about shooting then VA Speaker of the House , and worse.
But that’s not the only news from the left.
Saturday morning in Chicago, federal agents were rammed and trapped by anti-ICE attackers—and according to local officers, Chicago Police Department ordered its officers not to respond.
These are just the latest example of a political party that thinks violence is justified.
Let’s break it down.
